I needed a water line break repaired leading to the supply line of a toilet. My house is over 120 years old so the plumbing is ancient. I called Donnelly and spoke with their service agent who was polite, informed and able to offer same day service . My Plumber Nick arrived promptly , was polite, efficient and highly professional. He wore booties when entering the house. He quickly determined the problem, documented with photos . I agreed to the repair quote. Nick was very careful to replace copper piping, clean and carefully connected a new t valve and then allow the pipe to cool before re opening the connection. Success !! I was very pleased with the quality and professional results. Pricing was a bit high but quality and timely result made it worth while .

This is the second time I have used Donnelly's for plumbing work. This time, Caleb was out and replaced our leaking frost free hose bibb within 2 hours of calling. He was very polite, professional, personable, tidy, and explained everything that he was doing, without additional sales pitching (a huge turn-off for me). I will definitely use Donnelly's again.
