We called Donnelly for numerous small plumbing issues… Drains that wouldn’t hold water, a broken sprayer on a faucet, etc. Nick came and did an amazing job… Fixing the drains and identifying that the broken faucet was really a water pressure problem that should be remedied for the safety of all of the house plumbing. Nick was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very patient explaining the problems and the resolutions and educating us on how various shuttle valves worked. It was an excellent service experience!
Update 3/25/2025 We continue to use Donnelly and especially Nick for our plumbing issues. He was here again today fixing a valve on a sprayer and replacing an expansion tank on our water heater. He could not be nicer and more efficient ... always taking the time to clearly explain what he is doing in language we can understand. Totally recommend Donnelly, especially Nick.
