They were on time to replace my furnace, polite and professional, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in my utility room the way they had found it, for the most part. The overall cost is a bit high, but as it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty I guess that's ok, but I have to pay $20 a month in addition to maintain this. So...as I've said, a bit costly. I feel as if maybe I jumped the gun in replacing it, as there really wasn't anything wrong with old furnace except that it was old. But hopefully this will last me until I leave this earth.

Had a laundry tub clogged.
Bobby Burkle came out and was able to clear the clog and get the water moving again using a snake machine .
He was very helpful with what to use to help keep it clean.
