Amazingly fast service! We had an emergency pipe leak and they came out same day and fixed it. Walked me through the issue so I could make an informed decision.

We called Donnelly for numerous small plumbing issues… Drains that wouldn’t hold water, a broken sprayer on a faucet, etc. Nick came and did an amazing job… Fixing the drains and identifying that the broken faucet was really a water pressure problem that should be remedied for the safety of all of the house plumbing. Nick was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very patient explaining the problems and the resolutions and educating us on how various shuttle valves worked. It was an excellent service experience! Update 3/25/2025 We continue to use Donnelly and especially Nick for our plumbing issues. He was here again today fixing a valve on a sprayer and replacing an expansion tank on our water heater. He could not be nicer and more efficient ... always taking the time to clearly explain what he is doing in language we can understand. Totally recommend Donnelly, especially Nick.

Tom did an excellent job of replacing our leaking water heater adding a pan and drain and alarm so that if this happens again the basement won’t flood. He drove to Doylestown to pick up the replacement water heater himself when no one was available to deliver it so that he could complete the job in one day and get us hot water. He also replaced the regulator valve which had failed and added a shut off valve to the input water line. Very pleased with his work and fast service.

I have had the privilege of using Donnelly’s for several large and small projects all of which they have excelled in service. I will never use another company to handle my plumbing or HVAC projects. I needed the gas line behind my new stove shortened so that it would sit flushed against the wall. Dylan was great. He came for the initial assessment a few days prior and returned to complete the project. Dylan was on time and had a pleasant attitude. He was super quick with changing out the line. Donnelly’s has been keeping my home cool in summer and warm in winter for more than 20 years! Their new unit installations are expertly done - quickly and cleanly. They employ good people and honor their warranties. Kevin recently did a routine “Heat Check” on our relatively new furnace (No Charge). Brandon just did a routine ”A/C Check” today, March 19, 2025. He replaced a filter in the furnace unit and another part that had only 10% useful life in the A/C unit outside. The cost was moderate; it’s a good feeling to know that the A/C is in good working order for the summer months to come.

James was incredibly professional and did top notch work today. He was extremely knowledgeable and did excellent work. The entire process with Donnelly’s was seamless start to finish. He responded to our emergency plumbing issue within an hour of our call and explained in detail what the issue was and how he would fix it. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of work that needed to be done. We would give James more than 5 stars if possible. We will definitely recommend Donnelly’s plumbing to friends and neighbors.

Installed a new HVAC. Everyone on team was knowledgeable and tested new unit several times. Took the time to show me where the filters were as well. Sales team was also highly knowledgeable and a good experience all around. This was my second quote but I went with them based on level of experience and ability to advise me on what we needed.

March 2025: Joseph Garber came out for a plumbing inspection which is a covered service for the $20/monthly fee I pay. He was professional, personable, punctual and just nice. All of their service reps should have some of the “P”s listed above. Adjusted my review rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Jan 2025: Horrible experience with the last service visit by Kevin McCullogh. He arrived without a service appointment while I was at work but my son was at home. My son let him in to do the work when he couldn’t reach me at work. The service was done well but it was an hot mess with the payment. I had to call the main office from work to make arrangements. All of this made my son late for his college class because none of it was planned. Not the experience I am used to. Disappointed and I am doubting using them for another service I was considering.

Very timely, communicated before and after and very professional

April 2024 - I proactively replaced my furnace and A/C today, Jake and Jayson were wonderful, so quiet while doing their installation while I worked from home. They explained and showed me all the new equipment, walked me through the new thermostat and set my app up for me. They will file all my warranties and mail me the completed paperwork. I continue to be impressed with all of Donnelly’s employees and really appreciate how personable and knowledgeable they are. Feb 2023- Donnelly’s was fantastic again in an emergency situation. My hot water heater sprung a leak overnight and Donnellys came out and replace the equipment in the morning . I asked them to check the sump pump as I hadn’t heard it run in a while and the motor was gone, they replace that as well. Joe was great, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Happy they are my service provider for HVAC and plumbing! April 2022- Donnelly's has been a great service provider for my Hvac/heating and plumbing needs. All tech's are courteous and timely and provide a good overview of the service they provided. I really like that Donnelly's has already scheduled my annual plumbing and heating checkup for later in 2021, one less thing for me to remember to do and it's on my calendar!

He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He resolved our plumbing issue easily and now our problem is solved. I have saved all of their demographics and in the event, we need and plumbing again Donnelly will be our first call!!

We called Donnelly’s Cooling, Heating and Plumbing late on a Wednesday. They came at noon Thursday to evaluate our problem of a slow shower drain and desire to replace 2 toilets. By 4:30 Thursday, our toilets were replaced and the drain fixed. Our technician, Joe Madden, was friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned up everything thoroughly. We highly recommend Donnelly’s!

They were very nice and efficient but a little pricey. I paid $1200 for a new toilet. They'll get the job done but you'll pay for it.

This was my first time using Donnelly's. I wanted a local company with the professionalism and reliability of a large company. Donnelly's was the perfect match for me. They fixed my HVAC and replaced the Sump Pump with a battery backup system, which without one, had overflowed during a recent storm. They caught the water heater was leaking water and the insulation was all wet. Had I not called for service; the water heater alone could have caused damage to my home. Now the sump pump and water heater are new and reliable. The technicians were professional and friendly. They covered my floors where they worked and used paper booties over their shoes as not to cause any mud or dirt from being tracked in. I highly recommend Donnelly's to anyone looking for a reliable company that provides these services.

Excellent job, Kevin! 12/3/24 I gained a real appreciation for the value of an annual plumbing service check as I experienced my first one last week. James Bernier walked me through the process and explained what he was looking for as he inspected each item. Today he returned to install a brand new water softener system to combat the issues my extremely hard water has been causing to all my appliances that use water. During installation, he discovered and repaired a leak in the main water pipe that would have certainly caused imminent damage and expense had he not identified the problem. Thanks so much, James! You’re the best! Feb 2024 James Bernier did an excellent job replacing my failed main sump pump and its backup battery. He is knowledgeable and thorough, answered all my questions and explained everything he did. I’d certainly request him for future plumbing needs.

I have been using Donnelly's for HVAC System maintenance for several years now. I have always experienced prompt friendly service with consideration of time and budget constraints. Technician Cliff Yancy has been to my house several times. He will recommend services he feels are necessary and more importantly, take the time to explain the benefits and costs. I have had similar experiences with other technicians as well. I would recommend Donnelly's for maintenance and service.

Donnelly's wanted to charge $450 to replace a condensation line that is nothing more than vinyl tubing that connects to a pump and goes to a drain. I installed it myself for $25 and now Donnelly says it has voided my warranty. Donnelly's wants their customers to pay their high maintenance fees with little regard for their customers. I would give one star and hate to do this because the technicians are terrific. They are always professional and courteous. The company itself is looking to cash grab customers through unreasonably high prices.

The service technicians ( Bobby and Danny) were very professional and knowledgeable. The quickly addressed the problem - and did a thorough check of the rest of plumbing lines in the house. Provided recommendations for issues that should me taken care of now or In the future. Will be providing estimate for these rexommendations.

Had a cracked pipe and a tree root n the pipe which created a sewage smell in my laundry room. Had to dig up a portion of my lawn to replace the pipe and remove the tree root.Very punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. Workers were courteous. Seemed to me to be a bit pricey but generally pleased.

My experience with Donnelly's was superior. I never had to call a plumber before for anything so I wasn't sure who to call. I decided on Donnelly's after I looked at their website because it seemed more professional than others that I viewed. From the first phone call to the end of the process, everything went smoothly. Dylan Sinisi was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done and why. He showed me pictures of the problem before he started work on it as well as pictures after it was all completed. He was courteous, kind and knowledgeable about the project. Donnelly's will be my go to company that I can trust to do a good job with any plumbing problem I have in the future.

In order for Caleb to replace a valve in the house I had to have the water co.shut off the water at the street. Well that didn't go well. After 2 hours and 3 men coming out they finally turned the water off. Caleb went to another job but came back and was able to replace the valve.

Today Khalij Whitaker performed our furnace and a/c updates . We found him to be personable, polite and knowledgeable. He provided us with photos of the inner workings of both units and a concise summary of his findings. We were very pleased with his work and would request him in the future.

Tom was very professional. He checked over the kitchen faucet and advised me with 3 options to fix the faucet. I choose the middle according to my budget. Tom cleaned and replaced the tube. Now the faucet is easier to turn and no water between the base and the counter top.

Tom Gardner came over for the annual plumbing inspection. He was thorough and found several things to be addressed. I put some on hold, but had him take care of three of the items. His expertise was apparent, his explanations clear and his workmanship impressive. I was very satisfied. Earlier in the day, Nick Ponticelli came over and was more than equally impressive. His knowledge was apparent, his explanations clear and his recommendations all made sense. I felt very comfortable in his ability.

Tom Gardner from Donnelly’s was very friendly and thorough…couldn’t have asked for a better experience…highly recommend!! Our heat pump inverter stopped running during this recent cold weather. Called Donnelly’s at 2AM. Their answering service is 24/7, they took our service request and gave us a call back at 7am. They had a technician at our house by 9am. Khalij Whitaker and later Brandon Cuthbertson responded. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it! We pay for membership for their service team and it’s well worth it! Both techs were courteous, friendly and professional! Highly recommended company to do business with! Thanks!

Had to replace our water heater. Joe was fantastic; gave us several options, was very easy to schedule the install and was super helpful with explaining how to manage our new water softener. Would absolutely recommend and use this company again.

Jake and Evan were a great team! They removed our old heat pump system components and water heater, replaced all three major pieces, adjusted ductwork, set up all needed electrical, plumbing and refrigerant lines, and installed digital thermostat- big job! Throughout, they worked neatly, efficiently and knowledgeably. They took time to explain all the components. Could not have asked for better experience - very impressed!

I just had to tell everyone about the experience I had with Donnelly’s and especially The best plumber in the world. I had a leak in my second bedroom overhang above the closet. Travis came to my house and put me at ease. He was so polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I showed him what the problem was. He looked at the room above it and the bathroom upstairs. He told me that he’d have to cut some of the drywall out to see where the problem was coming from and the price. After he found the problem he made me aware of the problem and told me exactly what he’d have to do to fix it. If I had questions, which I did, he explained very thoroughly to me so I’d understand completely. At every aspect he told me the price. He had me look at everything he was doing and where the problem was. After I agreed he got the parts and completed the fix , and of course showed me. Stayed to make sure nothing leaked anymore. I’ve never met anyone so knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, so proud of doing his job but mostly helping people. You can tell he loves what he does and he does it competently! Donnelly’s is a good company and I’ve used them for many years. Justin, Donnelly’s HVAC serviceman, was professional and personable. He informed me today of all I needed to know about the job. Their prices for plumbing repairs are high though, and they aren’t cost competitive with other companies which cost much less for simple toilet flapper and faucet cartridge repair jobs just as an example. Since I’ve been with Donnelly’s so long, I want to speak with management about plumbing costs before switching to another reputable company. Ann Marie

Water heater needed replacing, and Joseph from Donnelly’s replaced the entire unit and even fixed an upstream issue to further protect the new unit and all of our plumbing. Donnelly's came out the same day I called to review my heater issue and the very next day, a new heater was installed. I was skeptical if everything would work properly since I have 5 zones and 2 rooms with radiant floor heating. Everything was perfect except the kitchen radiant floor heating but they came out the same day I called and got that working too! I am a property Mgr and work with many Hvac companies and was very impressed with their work and their responses. I strongly recommend them!
