James was really knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the parts on the truck and expertly made the repairs. Kept me in the loop every step of the way too. James really knew what he was doing and I really appreciated his professionalism .

Dylan Sinisi is very professional and personable. He worked efficiently, carefully explained the work that needed to be done to fix our outdoor faucet and then completed the task.

Nick from the office was very polite and helpful. Joe came out same day, immediately found the problem and fixed the issue within 2 hours of arrival. The leak was between the walls and Joe made the repair quickly and professionally. From now on Donnelly's is my plumber.

Wow! What can I say?! Such a great experience with Donnelly's. From the minute that we found out that we had an issue, they were there to answer any questions and offered options and empathy for our situation. Dan, Mike, Rob, Joey, Oscar, and even the Plumbing Manager- Joe, (who came out to help close the ditch!) went above and beyond to get our sewer line fixed and to get us back in our home in not time at all. Not only were they courteous of my home, professional and kind, they also seemed like they were genuinely enjoying their work and their time together. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and will not hesitate to call if there is an issue in my home!

Had my regular HVAC tuning. Khalij is punctual and professional at work and very respectful when access my property and work around my pets. He is detail oriented and take time to provide recommendation (yet not pushy). Thank you for another great service appt.

We had a great experience with Khalij when we cleaned our air conditioning system. He went to great pains to explain what he would do and why. He took before and after pictures for us. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Very professional when he arrived he immediately put on a carpet protectors on his boots the little booties he was very professional gave me a decent price was speedy and made sure that I understood every question that I asked I would recommend and I will use this service again when my next plumbing issue comes up

Caleb fixed my garbage disposal beautifully. He recommended the brand I ended up going with and the installation went smoothly. No complaints.

I have been using Donnelly's for five plus years now since they installed my hvac system. I always request Matthew Feiller for my service/maintenance calls. If I get a notification that Matthew is unavailable for my requested appointment time/day, then I request a reschedule day and time for him. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, answers any questions I have and most important, he doesn't push a service recommendation on you at that immediate time, allows you to decide when you are ready. A thumbs up to Matt Feiller! Update 5/22/2025.... I had our six month maintenance check up today on our ac/heat pump. A different technician showed up, earlier than my requested time slot so I was not happy after I was told by the schedualing person that my regular and requested tech, Matt Feiller would be available. I also did not receive the email that says who the tech would be or when arriving UNTIL the tech was already in my home. This new tech told me that a coil cleaning and a part needed to be replaced but only verbally gave me a total price, not a breakdown of what those charges were so I wasn't going to say yes to the repair at that moment, besides, my unit is under warranty for all parts. Upon calling the office to complain, I then received the email of the breakdown costs. So I am changing my 5 stars to 4 stars rating.

Excellent service for all the years I have been using them. Oscar the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Donnelly’s without hesitation.

Nick completed four plumbing jobs for us. He was very thorough, responsive to questions, provided information on additional work needed, and consistently conscientious about maintaining clean work sites. Nick was very polite and personable; Donnelly should be very appreciative of such an excellent employee.

Explained everything in a logical and easy way to understand.. Donnelly installed my unit almost 5 years ago and it just needed some normal wear and tear maintenance. Great service job by Matt today. One of the 2 units was not in an easy place to access, but he had no complaints doing the work necessary for the maintenance checks. He was very helpful in getting the outdoor coils cleaned on the outside units as well. Highly recommend!

Please don’t use this company unless you want a headache and to be lied on a repeated basis that they care about your concerns and will take care of it. I will say this, the plumbing was only a minor headache, it’s the work that they went paid for in January 1 to do, in fixing the yard and driveway which now has a hole that is growing by the day. That work is still not done May 20 and no date when it will be done. My husband had to put up the netting in the yard because on top of it looking terrible with straw, the netting was starting to grow into the ground. This is work that we paid them for. Don’t try to talk to the owner because apparently whoever that is is to busy to talk to his customers. Best to avoid.

John did our AC check up. He was very professional, timely and efficient. Upon making recommendations of work that would need to be done, John worked with his sales team to provide us options that would best suite our finances. We've used Donnelly's for a couple of years now...they replaced our boiler system and have completed our yearly heating, cooling and plumbing check ups. We have been extremely satisfied with their level of service.

I had my hot water heater flushed and valve replaced. Travis was great, he communicated everything super thoroughly and gave me multiple options on what I can do with my hot water heater. I really appreciated the transparency and communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company! I also will be using them again for when I need a full replacement. Jake H and Ahjavon P are GREAT people and put a fine face on your company. Any company would be glad to have them in their employ and I hope their supervisors, Ian and Jeff know that and recognize them. These men worked hard for 11-1/2 hours with no break installing our new system. They were courteous and respectful of our home. The real test came when the homeowner (me) got tired and a little cranky and was urging them to finish up. They never lost composure and everything ended amicably. I'd also like to recognize Wade A. He's very personable and low pressure sales manager. My wife and I both enjoyed working with him. He also interceded when the homeowner (me, again) got cranky and helped smooth things over. I hope his supervisor recognizes his value to Donnelly and recognizes him. So far, these three men are the face of Donnelly and I'm glad we chose them.

Fabulous company to work with, on time, didn’t sit around all day waiting for them to show up. I’d work with them again!

We are going through a bit of a nightmare at our house with a broken sewage pipe draining into our basement, which we just had redone I called Donnelly‘s last night. They were here first thing this morning , they have been here all day and they are the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable experts, and they are dedicated to helping us Until the problem is solved. They will have my business for life and I will refer them to everyone I know.

5/13/25 Joe did preventive maintenance on my plumbing. He was pleasant, did a great job, and explained everything. I was glad to learn that each sink has its own turnoff knob, which I hadn’t known before! 4/21/25 Robert provided great service. He has a nice and professional demeanor. He did routine maintenance on my air conditioner and explained everything too me. 11/24/24 Joseph provided excellent service. He extended a sewage clean out pipe, and promptly arranged for a serviceman from Donnellys sewage department to come out the same day to check on a different issue with the pipe. As he did when he performed my plumbing maintenance a few months ago, he explained everything, answered all my questions, had a professional and pleasant manner, and was so great to work with! 11/24/24 Bobby hydro jetted a pipe and cleaned it out successfully. He was professional, nice, explained everything, answered all my questions, and promptly arranged for another serviceman to come out the next day to take video pictures of the pipe! 11/24/24 Mike checked the condition of my pipe with video, was pleasant, professional, explained everything , and answered all my questions. The whole process of dealing with this sewage pipe issue was made seamless for me from start to finish because of Joseph, Bobby, and Mike! 11/11/24 Caleb replaced a hose bib and explained everything he was doing. He examined all areas from top to bottom of our home, inside and out, testing for leaks, testing pH and hardness of the water explaining all aspects of what he was doing and why. He offered a few suggestions and actually installed a new shower diverter in one bathtub. I would like to have James continue to visit our property . Very professional and easy to work with. It was a big project and they had a 14 hour day in the rain, but they remained kind and understanding of all our concerns the whole time. They were very respectful of our space, and took care to keep our carpets covered, dry, and protected from mud. They took the time to patiently answer all our questions. My technician today was Joseph Garber. Joseph was prompt, thorough with the plumbing check up, very professional, friendly, went over options and prices, and he even had time to fix the drain pipe under the kitchen sink. He recommended some things for me to think about getting fixed down the road. Not once did I feel pressured into that I had to do everything right away which is what I appreciated. Edit: April 2025 - removed 2 stars. Be your own advocate because Roger in Donnelly’s customer service will not help you. I called 6 times because their tech Brandon C pencil-whipped my annual HVAC inspection. My system is 7 years old and he decided bc “things looked in place, it should work fine” and didn’t bother to test my ac. I called to raise my concerns and was told Roger in customer service would follow up with me. No contact from Roger ever. Finally got them to send a new tech to repeat my inspection. Thankfully no serious issues were found but the combination of dismissive techs and lack of follow up from customer service is concerning.

Dan was terrific. We explained the problem and he took it from there. Excellent Service.

Mike Wilson, Joseph Garber, Joe Chimel, Mike and Rob did a great job on my plumbing replacement. They were also informative and answered my questions throughout the process.

They were on time to replace my furnace, polite and professional, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in my utility room the way they had found it, for the most part. The overall cost is a bit high, but as it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty I guess that's ok, but I have to pay $20 a month in addition to maintain this. So...as I've said, a bit costly. I feel as if maybe I jumped the gun in replacing it, as there really wasn't anything wrong with old furnace except that it was old. But hopefully this will last me until I leave this earth. Evan & King did a great job today installing my new HVAC system. They were polite, courteous, and helpful to me in extra ways. When my furnace was installed and the new thermostat was put in, it didn't cover the old one completely leaving a spot that was obvious. I picked up a small can of paint and King took care of that for me today. It looks much better. It may need another coat after it's completely dry, but that can be done anytime. The cost reasonable , and they gave me a discount for paying in cash and Joe, the manager said now that I have both systems I no longer need to pay the $20 per month, & will now have, starting today, a 10 year free parts & labor warranty. The guys cleaned up after themselves just like last time. And Evan even helped me out with something personal. I have a paralyzed left arm, and I just received a coconut shell birdhouse in the mail that needed a hole drilled in the bottom. I saw he had a drill out, so I asked, and he was nice enough to do that for me. Overall am very happy with Donnelly's. Everything looks really good, and the job took just about as long as they said it would. 28 April 2025 Ok, just a quick update, as I've said, both King and Evan were very nice, polite, and professional on the day of the installation of my new HVAC system. I turned it on for the 1st time today, I'm amazed at how QUIET the compressor that's outside is!! My old one was so loud. Then again it was 27 years old!😂 The only thing I'm waiting on now is something, anything, in writing. I was told by Joseph Albert that since Donnelly's had put in my furnace last year, and were now putting in the HVAC system, I would no longer have to pay the $20 per month maintenance fee, and that I now have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Nice to HEAR, but I'd really, really like to see something in writing that confirms all of this. I wasn't even given a receipt after I paid the 1st $1,000.00 deposit in cash, or the remainder of $5,900.00, again, in cash. I'm used to getting a receipt once I pay for something. I got a yellow slip of paper just saying all the work had been done. So THAT is my only issue. I want written confirmation of what was discussed & a receipt that I paid.

Donnelly responded within 2 hours of me calling in the late morning hours. They quickly repaired my leak installed a new shutoff valve so that I won’t experience a leak again. Thanks to Daniel who did the quick repair.

Donnelly's has extremely good customer service and very professional. Came out in a timely manner despite having extreme volume of emergencies. Tech was very nice, personal, and professional. He was in my attic for 3+ hours trying to fix the problem in extreme heat and humidity before he determined it need to be fully replaced. Despite bad news about my AC unit I was very happy with the company so far. Will be using them to replace my AC for sure. I would recommend to anyone that has hvac needs.

Domingo was an excellent technician. He took the time to show me where on our AC unit the condenser was located, what we could expect as far as ware and when we should replace it. He explained all of equipment replacement needs in the near future and expected costs. He was courteous, kind and professional and I would recommend him.

Nick started up our AC system to perform an annual check and immediately recognized a recurring problem with a contactor in the proximity of the furnace heating vent. He took the initiative to replace the contactor as a temporary measure but is also investigating options with his manager to fix the vent issue. This is a fine example of someone diagnosing a problem to the root cause and coming up with a fix that will permanently fix the problem- thank you Nick- great job!

Brandon did an amazing job and was so quick, responsive, and professional. He informed us that we had biological growth in our upstairs HVAC system (it sure looked like mold to me) and he discovered that my moms in law suite did not have a filter on the split system that was installed during our garage to in law suite conversion. He gave us options and I discussed pricing with my husband. Brandon came back to our home the same day and he installed 2 UV light systems on both our upstairs and downstairs unit and he put a filter on my mothers split system. We were so impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and quality of work. Great experience!

We had an amazing experience with Donnellys!! We called Donnellys becuase we had a pretty negative experience with another company and were searching for a new company to do business with. Shane who came out to do yearly maintenance to our HVAC system, he was very honest about the (very bad) condition of our upstairs system including a potentially dangerous code violation. (We always thought our downstairs system was the one to worry about.) He was professional and honest and it is because of our interaction with Shane we chose to go with Donnellys for the replacement of our upstairs system. When David came out he was awesome as well. He spent so much time looking at our situation and gave us a few options. We knew it was going to be a big and expensive job, but with a 4 month old baby...it needed to be done. He explained the financing to us and we were approved literally an hour after we applied. We loved our interaction with David. We cannot even begin to put into words how incredible Travis and his team were during the 3 days they were here doing the job. They were so friendly, punctual, polite, and professional. They were so sweet with my 4 month old daughter and were great with our very anxious dog. They kept our home as clean as possible considering the huge, messy job we had going on here. Travis always explained what had been done and what needed to be done the next day. He always asked if I had any questions and never seemed annoyed with my questions to him. I thought it was so thoughtful that they worked so hard to at least have heat in the master bedroom so my husband, myself, and our baby were warm during the cold nights this week. Travis explained the entire system to me upon completion of the project and I fully understand how our system works. We honestly cannot say enough about how great Travis was. It was truly a pleasure having him and his team here. We are so thankful that we found Donnellys and are so impressed with them and their service.

We are thrilled with Donnellys services and staff. We bought a new air conditioner and heater which both had a fabulous warranty package on both.

They were on time to replace my furnace, polite and professional, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in my utility room the way they had found it, for the most part. The overall cost is a bit high, but as it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty I guess that's ok, but I have to pay $20 a month in addition to maintain this. So...as I've said, a bit costly. I feel as if maybe I jumped the gun in replacing it, as there really wasn't anything wrong with old furnace except that it was old. But hopefully this will last me until I leave this earth. Evan & King did a great job today installing my new HVAC system. They were polite, courteous, and helpful to me in extra ways. When my furnace was installed and the new thermostat was put in, it didn't cover the old one completely leaving a spot that was obvious. I picked up a small can of paint and King took care of that for me today. It looks much better. It may need another coat after it's completely dry, but that can be done anytime. The cost reasonable , and they gave me a discount for paying in cash and Joe, the manager said now that I have both systems I no longer need to pay the $20 per month, & will now have, starting today, a 10 year free parts & labor warranty. The guys cleaned up after themselves just like last time. And Evan even helped me out with something personal. I have a paralyzed left arm, and I just received a coconut shell birdhouse in the mail that needed a hole drilled in the bottom. I saw he had a drill out, so I asked, and he was nice enough to do that for me. Overall am very happy with Donnelly's. Everything looks really good, and the job took just about as long as they said it would.

As he did when he performed my plumbing maintenance a few months ago, he explained everything, answered all my questions, had a professional and pleasant manner, and was so great to work with! 11/24/24 Bobby hydro jetted a pipe and cleaned it out successfully. He was professional, nice, explained everything, answered all my questions, and promptly arranged for another serviceman to come out the next day to take video pictures of the pipe! 11/24/24 Mike checked the condition of my pipe with video, was pleasant, professional, explained everything , and answered all my questions. The whole process of dealing with this sewage pipe issue was made seamless for me from start to finish because of Joseph, Bobby, and Mike! 11/11/24 Caleb replaced a hose bib and explained everything he was doing.
