The whole Donnelly experience was excellent from start to finish. Heater died Monday morning... new one installed and working by Tuesday evening. Every step of the process the people were professional and pleasant to work with. They are my go to for HVAC!!!

Joe Albert of Donnelly was recommended by a close friend, and I couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail and flexibility. He was prompt and responsive (on a Saturday!!!) and answered all of my questions. After putting together a couple of quotes for comparison, we decided on a heat pump system. Joe walked us through the financing and had us scheduled for installation on Monday. I am happy to say that within 48 hours of contacting Joe, our house is warm again! Thanks, Joe!
